As part of the promotional campaign for the launch of The Grand Tour Season 2 on Amazon Prime, we developed, produced, and delivered a unique marketing spot titled “The Grand Tour Lads.” This promo was created in conjunction with the Grand Tour Mayhem Pub pop-up at the Los Angeles Auto Show, an innovative activation that brought the spirit of the show to life.

The promo featured a humorous twist, showcasing six middle-aged men dressed in tight “promo girl” outfits, walking around the convention in slow motion. This tongue-in-cheek approach stood out amidst the more traditional car show marketing and perfectly aligned with the irreverent and adventurous tone of The Grand Tour series.

It was a key element of a broader marketing effort that was recognized as a finalist in the Shorty Awards, which honors the best in social media and digital content. The campaign successfully generated buzz and engagement for the new season, capturing the attention of fans and attendees alike.
